Safely store your heirloom Grandmother’s Buttons jewelry in this handmade jewelry holder roll created by Carol Ridenour. Carol launched her textile company, Phoebe Rose, after retiring from her career as a medical doctor.
Each roll has two zippered pockets and a detachable cylinder for rings.
A hallmark of Carol's work is how she mixes unexpected combinations of fabrics. Here she lined a paisley brocade with a perfectly contrasting and luscious dijon-colored velvet.
The closure is a vintage gold and jet hand-pressed West German glass button from our collection. We discovered these striking buttons in the New York Garment district on one of our very first button hunting trips in 1987. These buttons were manufactured in the 1950s and 1960s by the Streamline Button company.
