Rossetti Necklace - Holiday

Our limited edition pieces that feature antique porcelain buttons are perennially bestsellers, with their lovely soft feminine colors and tiny idyllic images making them a show stopper every time.

Most antique porcelain buttons were hand-painted by well-bred Victorian women in their parlors as an artistic hobby. While our mothers may have done needlework or crocheted blankets, their mothers might have painted floral patterns on porcelain buttons. The women who painted this button would have used the red roses to signify great love so it’s fun to imagine the romantic story that inspired her work.
