Brass and Abalone Bracelet

We feature bracelets created by Grandmother’s Buttons designer Corda Walker in every limited edition release. Corda has worked in our studio for twenty-five years and we think she creates magic with a handful of colorful antique buttons and filigree stampings.

In this gorgeous bracelet, she interspersed rare Victorian brass buttons with abalone pearl buttons which are garnished with brass and cut steel escutcheons (a flat piece of metal used for protection or ornamentation). We think the warmth of the brass perfectly complements the sea green and blue iridescence of the pearls.
